Maxi Dolphin and the Yacht Club de Monaco are joining forces for one of the most glamorous events of summer 2012: the “Serata Azzurra”, entirely dedicated to Italy and the most prestigious names in yachting. The Italian night will take place on Friday, June 15 at 8:00 pm in the splendid setting of the Yacht Club de Monaco. It is an exclusive event sponsored by Maxi Dolphin, known throughout the sailing world for the highest quality of its craft. The guest chef for this occasion will be Vittorio Fusari who is passionate about the flavours of his native region, Franciacorta, using his creativity to transform familiar tastes into interesting dishes.
Maxi Dolphin will be present with its MD51 Power which will be moored in front of the Club at the disposal of the event’s guests.
