Once cooled down, the hull is removed from the mould and it is placed in the production area where the real internal structures building is made: the longitudinal, the transversal, the floor timbers and the fixing of the structural bulkheads. All these structures are made of carbon fiber so that they grant the maximum resistance, providing very light weights.
In the construction of semi custom boats, such as Maxi Dolphin motor yachts, it is very important, before making the furniture and finishing phases, to make a pre-assembly of all the utilities in order to create the different supports and connections to the composites and also run the functioning tests.
